Returns & Refunds Policy

At Mooditj Workwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Change of Mind Returns – Australia Only

We accept returns for change of mind on online purchases within 30 days from the date of receipt.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

  • Returns are free via our Reply Paid address (Australia only).


International Orders

If your order was delivered outside of Australia, we can only accept returns for faulty items. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take pride in the quality of our products. If something isn’t right:

  • Submit a return request through our returns portal.

  • If the item is faulty, we’ll cover return postage.

  • Items received more than 30 days ago? Contact our team for further assistance.

How do I request a return, exchange or refund?

Please email to submit your request. You’ll need:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used at checkout

These details can be found in your order confirmation email.


What are my return options?

Whether your item is faulty or you’ve simply changed your mind, you can choose from:

  • An exchange (subject to stock availability)

  • A store credit (if you have a Mooditj Workwear account)

  • A refund to your original payment method


How long does a refund take?

  • Standard Returns: Please allow up to 30 days for returns to be received and processed.


Returning a gift?

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
