Order Processing Times

Standard Orders (No Embroidery): Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

Orders With Embroidery: Please allow 5–10 business days for custom embroidery to be completed before dispatch.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Split Shipments
If your order contains both embroidered and non-embroidered items, we may ship them separately so you receive your products faster. You will be notified via email if this applies.
